Pigeon John dans Taratata

1972 : John Dust, alias Pigeon John, est né le 30 novembre à Omaha (Nebraska).
1977 : A 5 ans, il s’installe avec sa mère et ses frères et sœurs à Inglewood, une ville du comté de Los Angeles.
1990 : Il participe aux open mic du mythique Good Life Cafe aux côtés d’artistes tels que Kurupt, Freestyle Fellowship et Jurassic 5.
Avec B-Twice, son ami d’enfance, il forme le duo hip-hop Brainwash Projects.
1998 : Brainwash Projects sort l’album « The Rise And Fall Of Brainwash Projects » sur le label indépendant Jackson Rubio.
Pigeon John, B-Twice et 8 autres MC’s fondent le collectif L.A. Symphony.
2002 : Pigeon John sort l’album autoproduit « Pigeon John is Clueless ».
2003 : Il signe chez Basement Record et sort l’album « Pigeon John Is Dating Your Sister ».
2005 : Il sort l’album « Pigeon John Sings The Blues ».
Il signe chez Quannum Projects, un label et un collectif de San Francisco.
2006 : Il sort l’album « Pigeon John and the Summertime Pool Party ».
2009 : Pigeon John et Flynn Adam Atkins forment le groupe Rootbeer.
Rootbeer sort un EP intitulé « Pink Limousine ».
2011 : Il sort l’album « Dragon Slayer ».
